ClinTec HQ staff raised funds for Teenage Cancer Trust at the Take That Glasgow leg of their tour on 19-21 June. The hard working volunteers collected £7,400 towards the opening of a Teenage Cancer Unit at Glasgow's Yorkhill Hospital. For more information please visit www.teenagecancertrust.org

ClinTec International exhibited at the Clinical Outsourcing World conference in London. The 3 day event was attended by many high profile Pharmaceutical representatives.
3rd November 2009
ClinTec International took a prominent stand at the Partnerships in Clinical Trials Conference in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The event was a huge success and ClinTec was proud to showcase it's Scottish heritage by offering samples of authentic Scottish fare.

ClinTec International sponsored and exhibited at the high-profile PABME conference in Dubai, UAE. Dr Buttar as well as many of ClinTec's senior management staff were amongst the key speakers confirmed at the 3 day event and were personally visited by the UAE Health Minister, Dr Humaid Mohammad Obaid Al Quatami.

During the Institute of Directors (IOD) 'Women in the Boardroom' event held in Edinburgh, Dr Buttar gave an inspiring speech on 'Being at the Top' and spoke about her personal experiences of business challenges while building her global organisation.

Dr Buttar attended the Entrepreneurial Exchange, "Building the Top Team" Focus Dinner in Edinburgh as a key speaker. The other key speaker announced was Jim McColl OBE of Clyde Blowers and Khaled Shahbo of Enterprise Rent-A-Car chaired the event.

Dr Rabinder Buttar has been named as a finalist within the Scotsman Entrepreneur of the Year category of the National Business Awards for Scotland. The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony & Dinner at the Glasgow Hilton Hotel on 24th June 2009.

Dr Rabinder Buttar was last night named as one of Britain's 100 Entrepreneurial Women by Real Business. The event was held at the Globe Theatre in London and took place in the same week that Dr Buttar was named as a finalist in two categories at the IOD Director of the Year Awards. Dr Rabinder Buttar won the award for the Scots Businesswoman of the Year at the prestigious Evening Times, Scotswoman of the Year Awards which took place in Glasgow's City Chambers. The event was attended by Nicola Sturgeon MSP and the Lady Provost. Click for Press Release
