Fraser has a diverse industry background and brings significant expertise in these areas, having previously served at PPD as Executive Director being responsible for Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA), GMP and Pharmacovigilance (PV) over the past six years. Previously, Fraser served in leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Medical, Systagenix Wound Management and Ethicon, where he utilized his leadership and expertise to guide and provide industry-leading quality services to clients, sponsors and manufacturers for many years.

His career features extensive experience in quality management systems (QMS), regulatory agency and notified body inspections. He also has significant project management experience of deploying and directing quality assurance systems covering client, system and project governance, process validation, CAPA, complaints, adverse event processing and vigilance reporting, audit functions, documentation and records management.

Fraser also has a broad range of clinical therapeutic experiences including oncology, endocrinology and metabolic functions, CNS, genitourinary, musculoskeletal and infectious diseases. His medical device experience spans ONS, orthopedics, cardiovascular, and wound management therapeutic areas across class I, II and III classifications, including actives and implantables, as well as CE marking.

Fraser holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University, a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
